The IBRO-MENA (Middle East and North Africa Region) Exchange Fellowship program was established to advance neuroscience research and support capacity building in the MENA region through promoting and facilitating collaborations, scientific exchange, transfer of know-how and sharing of resources among institutions and scientists in the region.
The program funds visits of a minimum of 6 weeks duration to institutions in the MENA region by researchers living and working within the MENA region for the purposes of participating in collaborative work, performing specific experiments or to learn and transfer specific technical expertise to their home country.
Funding is for a maximum of USD 2000 that can be used to cover travel and local expenses.
