For penultimate and final year students

This programme directly links science and engineering student to the industry. We have liaised with partner organisations and companies in science and engineering to provide internship/work experience opportunities for young women. We believe that while the theoretical aspect of science is important, the practical aspect is also as important. This opportunity allows students see how what is being learned in the classroom translates in reality. It also makes them envision a future in science and allows them explore these options from a young age.

The internships provide work experience and practical experience, which is very useful for future employment within the science sector. It also allows students start to explore their professional options early, so as to carve out a successful career in the science and engineering industry.
