This is for women who are pursuing studies leading to a Ph.D. degree or have obtained a Ph.D. degree in the following scientific fields: Life sciences, Environmental Sciences, Physical sciences, Engineering and technological sciences, Mathematics and Computer science.
For women in STEM to take advantage of this opportunity, they have to be from one of the 48 countries of the Sub-Saharan region.
Also, they have to be enrolled in a doctoral Institution and/or working in a research Laboratory/University or Institution of the 49 countries of the Sub-saharan region (including South Africa).
